can not convert Lightroom catalog from version 9.4

I' have upgrade Lightroom Classic from version 9.4 to version 10.0. LRc is not able to convert my catalogus to the new format. I did remove already all missing files.

Does someone have an idea why this can occurs?

In the old catalog there where photos that are no longer on my PC. I did remove only those photo's from the catalog in LRc 9.4
