Can Not Import photos in Lightroom after recent upodate

Please can you assist I cannot import photos in lightroom since I did a recent update of lightroom I have tried everything how can I resolve this without having to uninstall and reinstall the files

Please from the menu bar in Lightroom help tab click on System info and do a screen capture of the Popup like you see in the screen capture.

In addition, if you get an error message please do a screen capture of the message and also post in your reply.

Mac or Windows? Which version of the OS?

Which camera are the photos from?

JPG or raw?

Are you connecting the camera directly or using a card reader (prefered)?
