Can't backup my LightRoom catalog on my Synology NAS anymore

Since a couple of weeks (or months), I can't backup my catalog anymore on my Synology NAS while exiting the application (LightRoom Classic CC). The process starts but then froze. The workaround is to make the backup on my desktop and then copy the file into my NAS. But I,ve been using this software (and a NAS) for years and it always worked. I'm using a Mac IOS 10.13.6 and a DS418Play Synology NAS.

Thank you

Patrick

Did you update your OS to Catalina? If yes you will need to update your system preferences for the new security changes.  Open System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Full Disk Access > add Lightroom to the list on the right. You will also need to do the same with Files and Folders. If you are not on Catalina check to see if your Synology has an  update pending. I have the 415 and I had to run the update fairly recently.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, I'm not with Catalina, still with High Sierra and those security options aren't there. In fact, I didn't upgrade my OS since a will. It's probably cause by an update from Adobe. Thank you

Do you have an update pending  with  you Synology? What version  of Lightroom are  you running? What changed to your system a  couple of weeks ago?
