Can't import RAW CR2 images now

After using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 for nearly two years with no problems, I can no longer import my RAW CR2 images to my catalog.  Any solutions?

I had to reinstall my software from CD and after doing so, I can no longer get my RAW images.   I've been importing RAW images into my Lightroom Catalog for 2-3 years with no issues.

When you reinstalled from the disc you installed 6.0. Update to 6.14.
