Hi,

unsuccesgully tried to print panorama (.psb 6GB) dile from LR and PS. My setup is iMac 27 (2017) with 16MB and printer is EPSON p800 with roll paper.

When set the paper and printer and press print, I see the computer is preparing the print and then send the data to the printer, after a while printer showing the message "printing" and after few seconds i see message "printing finished" and of course there is no any printout.

I reinstalled the EPSON drivers and updated them, but the situation is the same.

Appreciate if anyone can help ?

Thank you,

Tomasz

In my opinion that PSB file is just to big for the amount of RAM installed in your system and whatever amount of RAM is in the printer.

If that file has many Layers try Flattening a copy of it and then see if it will print.

As above what size in pixels is it?

The P800 specs say the maximum print length is 129 inches.

If you have set up the 48701 pixel wide image to print at 300 ppi, 46701/300 = 155.67 inches.

That exceeds the maximum printing length, so the Epson printer driver may refuse to do it.

In the Print module in Lightroom Classic, set the width to something less than 129 inches, and see if it prints then.

The pixel dimensions should not be a problem for Lightroom Classic, which can handle an image up to 65,000 pixels on a side.

There is a limitation for print sizing of the Epson driver (both Mac and longer on Windows). As Jim asked, what are the pixel dimensions and the size you're asking for?
