Can't see pictures at develop mode

Hello.

 

I have LightRoom 2020, and I can't see any pic at develop mode. at Libary it's show the pic, but when I want to edit it at develop mode it's not possible. what can I do?

There is no such thing as LR 2020. I suppose you are using the latest version 9.1.

Please try if it helps to turn off GPU acceleration in preferences.

What GPU do you use in your PC?

Please share your System Information as Lightroom reports it. Click on Help, then System Info, then Copy, paste into a reply, 1st line down to just past plug-in info.

It's also not showing the histogram which is typical for a bad monitor profile. Try recalibrating the monitor, or if you don't own a calibrator (which is essential for correct color), go into the properties dialog for yur monitor (right click on the desktop and select properties I believe), hit the colormanagement tab and delete any profile associated with the monitor device.

1. Normaly in between Version and Language is a line about License,

mine states: License: Creative Cloud

Did you remove that from your screenshot? Or is that not provided?

 

I ask because the loupe view in Devlop module will be blank if the contract expired.

 

However, as the Histogram is also blank, perhaps display issue or preferrence file issue?

 

But first, is the subscription paid?
