I payed my bills but I am all ready trying for hours to use my lightroom/photoshop.
The programme says I have to repay. I logged out, in again but notification is still the same.
Could someone please be of help?
This forum is almost entirely Lightroom users. We cannot help you with billing problems. You need to contact Adobe.
As I wrote, it's not a billing problem. I just can't use it anymore.
What is the exact message you get?
I found it! In lightroom I had to log out and log in in my other account. Thanks for wanting to help David.
Bring up Adobe.com
Select Manage account
Look at your Plan, verify e-mail/account info
Scroll to bottom, look at activations, anything odd? You can deactivate any you like
