A few days ago, I installed some Adobe updates and now I am unable to access the software at all. When I log in to my Adobe account, it offers me a free trial, but I have paid my subscription for the year and have been using it for some time.
I am not a techno expert but I have never found Adobe to be a problem before.
Help please!
