Cannot buy Lightroom Classic plan, due to previous Lightroom Apple app.

  1. I installed by mistake the Lightning app on my iMac, believing it was Lightroom Classic. I then cancelled that plan through App Store, removed the app and installed Lightroom Classic from a download. So far so good. But now I cannot start a plan for Lightroom Classic, because my plan for Lightroom via Apple is still in the list. Instead it says I can start a Team plan.... I just want the Lightroom Classic plan, which is impossible!
    Can you please help me?

You have to contact Adobe. We're not Adobe here, we're just Lightroom Classic users who can't do anything on this matter.

Thanks, yes I suspected that they are probably the only one....

However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to find an email adress or Chat, or telephone
number for Adobe support, inspite of the suggestive names of the links I
found.
I am just sent around the website back and forth and returning every
time to the same places....

Very frustrating and not customer friendly!

Can anyone link me to a siteadress with some telephone numbers or email
adresses?
