It probably means one of the photos in your panorama is corrupt or not supported, or the panorama file itself is corrupt. If the photo is not supported, you may find that it is because Lightroom needs a newer version, so I would download and use Lightroom 6.14. If the photo is corrupted, then it can't be used and you need to restore it from a backup.

Is this a panorama photo created in your camera?

What camera?

What file type? If in camera, probably JPEG, 

If JPEG, then it is not a Lightroom issue, but a corupt file issue.
