cannot enter creative cloud on new mackbook pro with time machine backup

Dear Support,

I recently bought a new macbook pro and sold my old mackbook pro.

However, after restore from time machine, now I cannot login creative cloud and there is no chance to input my id & password to login.

Why can't you log in?? What happens? Please quote the exact word-for-word error message.
