Cannot get “Live” to work when tethered to LRC

eI have just updated to the latest version of LRC and tried the new "live" function. Did not work. As per troubleshooting I upgraded my Mac software to the latest Catalina. Still not able to use "live" while tethered. My camera is a Canon 5D MII. 
Anyone? Thanks

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

What exactly the issue you see?

In Canon 5D M2, the camera should be in the Stills Only mode for Live view to work. (It shoulodn't be in the Still + Video mode.)
