Cannot load Lightroom cc to iPad pro

I just bought an iPad Pro and cannot load my Lightroom cc to it. I sign into my adobe account and try to download it but keep getting a message to click an http link, when I click that link it circles me back to the same sign in and another email is received to click the same http link. One big circle for the last 45 mins! Please help

Lightroom for the iPad must be downloaded from the Apple App store, and to do so requires that you have an Apple App Store account

Instal the Lightroom app from the App Store, then sign in using your creative cloud login when the app launches.
