It is not possible to open any catalog with LrC 10.1.1 on a Mac Big Sur 11.2.1
Tried to open from a new drive and on a drive from the computer.
It doesn't open and Crashes the system.
Adobe is not available for help on the phone, already been in total of 4 hours waiting and after 2 hours you will be cut off!!
Is there an error message? If so, what are the exact words?
There is no Error message.
I can open LrC but it is not possible to open a catalog. The Mac doesn't respond trying to open a catalog. (everything will be blocked.)
Try installing LrC 10.0
Hey DJ_paige. LrC still doesn't work anymore with my old catalogs. I tried to install LrC 9 and 10 but nothing. No catalog!! Did I lose all my photo setting installing LrC 10 in combo with Big Sur?
My deadline is ending and very hard to reach Adobe customer service. Any other ideas??
Problem is solved.
Deleted LrC and installed it back. Then I opened the program makin a new catalog. (Not using the old catalog)
When everything is ready I imported the old catalog. Program restarted and the catalog was installed.
