Canon r6

Hi! I recently bought the Canon R6 mirrorless body. I have the most up to date version of Lightroom 9.4, however when I insert my card to upload the cr3 files, they aren’t coming up at all. I read the new version of Lightroom was meant to be compatible with the r6. Any idea why this might be happening?

Mac or Windows? Which version of the OS?

Using a card reader or directly connecting the camera?
Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what are the exact wording?

Can you show us a screen capture of your Import dialog?
