Catalog in LRC

hi I need to change the allocation of the catalog from the hard drive to an external drive, I followed the instructions given by the link: https://helpx.adobe.com/ch_it/lightroom-classic/help/create-catalogs. html # change_the_default_catalog
But I still see the catalog on the hard drive in LRC

I assume you are talking about moving the Catalog file ... and not the photos.

 

If so, you use your operating system to Move the catalog file to the external drive, then you double-click on it to open it. That's it. Very simple.
