catelog management

I downloaded all my photos for 2020 on my drive D.  There are perhaps 10 folders.

Unfortunately 3 of the folders are linked to a catelog 2020 (Itrcat) file on drive C and the remaining 7 are linked to a catelog 2020 on drive D.  I would like to have the catelog for all photos on Drive D.

Also, previous years photos are on a seperate hardrive.   I have numerous Icrat files with various years (none with 2020).  I know only one of them will link me to the photo libray, but I am not sure which one, without try and error.  Any suggestions to make my life easier?

Please Open LrC and go to the File Menu Item and select "Open Recent" and look at how many Catalog names are listed. Is there more than one catalog name there?

To me it is not Clear whetehr you have more than one catalog and Where that catalog is located.

Usually there is only One LrC Catalog file and normally it is located on the C drive in your User Name folder someplace. Can you confirm the Path to your main catalog file?

You would make your life so much easier if you use ONE catalog instead of several.

You can combine the catalogs if you want, by using the File->Import from Another Catalog command.
