Change The Cover stack picture

I'm working on getting my people view all squared away, under where it says "named people" and then their is, I guess their called stacks, how do I change the cover or top of a given stack?

Expand the stack, click on the one you want to be top,  then choose Photo > Stacking > Move To Top Of Stack.

LATEST

You can NOT place the photo of your choice on the top of the stack in People View.  In People View there is no Photo > Stacking > Move To Top Of Stack.  I wish there was.
