Hoe kan ik voorkomen dat er foto's worden opgeslaan in de cloud. En hoe krijg ik de foto's uit de cloud terug op mijn PC? Kan ik mij loskoppelen van de cloud, maar toch LR Classic (abonnement) gebruiken?
Lightroom Classic does NOT store images in the cloud. Lightroom Classic allows you to share collections of smart previews IF you choose to do so in collections. However, that is a choice that you have to make and is optional. If you do not choose to share those collections then everything is stored locally on your hard drive when using Lightroom Classic.
mietsg34375414, good morning. Lightroom Classic (subscription) You can opt not to store your photos in the cloud as JimHess says, but you will need a regular internet connection to validate your subscription. Please note that it cannot be used in a completely offline environment.
I am curious about your comment that you can opt out of saving images to the cloud using Lightroom Classic. That is NOT an option with Lightroom Classic. Classic automatically saves images through folders on the hard drive. There is, however, an option to create collections and subsequently share those collections as smart previews to the cloud from Lightroom Classic.
