How do you mean "link"? Do you mean to tether the camera, or do you mean to connect the camera to download images?

I want to link it to get my images from the camera and be able to
manipulate them on the computer
also in the app

The best and most reliable way to do that is to remove the card from the camera and use a card reader. Many computers today have one built into the chassis. If your computer does not have one, then you can purchase one that can be plugged into one of your USB ports.
