Creator metadata not picked up during import rename

I have a filename template where I'm using the Creator token in the file rename, but it's not being picked up during the import rename operation. I confirmed that the metadata does show the Creator name.

Sorry about the delay in our response and that you're Creator metadata in Lightroom is not being picked up during import rename.

Could you please let us know the version of Lightroom Classic CC you're using?

Please post screenshot of the metadata panel showing the content that is not getting imported.
