Destination folder not found

LR 10.2

Reports "Destination folder is not available. Using "Pictures" folder instead. I normally import images from a memory card to an external hard drive. Even with available help information I've not been able to resolve this issue.

Please post a screen capture of the import dialog showing the selected folders as well as the message appearing (i.e. full screen).

Do you have connect the appropriate external drive correctly to your computer?

Do you can access the external drive in the Explorer/Finder?

Do you have reboot your computer?

What Destination Folder is select in the Import Dialog box. Does this folder actually exist?
