Develop Module Changes Not Syncing With Loupe/Grid View Image

A few times a week now I have issues where I'll make a change in the develop module and then go back to loupe or grid view and it hasn't updated the image. If I go back to the develop module then I can see the changes are still present but not viewable in the other view modes.
I have this happen across multiple catalogs and have recently reset my Lightroom preferances due to another issue I'm having and this problem still persits (the other problem too unfortunately).
If I close Lightroom and reopen it then they are synced. Obviously not a solution though.

Any help appreciated. Thank you.

Right - anytime you have to quit and restart an app to get it to behave is a problem. Have you tried resetting your preferences?

If resetting the preferences does not help, I suggest to remove and reinstall LR.

You data is save while doing this.

I believe I've done this, but to be sure I'll try again. Thank you for your help.

I have reinstalled LR. Unfortunately the issue still persists.
