Your screen shot ahows the sections expanded. Do you mean if you click on one of them the others Collapse, IE become just the headers?

If so then you are in Solo mode.

What do you mean by Disabled and also Activate each one? Do you mean the Headers/Titles of each section is not shown?

Right Click on one of the headers/titles and select Customize Develop panel. You should get this dialog box.

2020-04-11 19_19_44-LR Classic V9 Catalog - Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic - Develop.png

Is there a checkmark in each box like what you see in the image I included above.

Or do you mean the sections are just Collapsed like this.

2020-04-11 19_25_06-LR Classic V9 Catalog - Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic - Develop.png

If it is the First one, the sections are really Deactivated and do not show at all, then I suspect you have a corrupted Preference file. you may need to delete the LR Classic preference file and then start LR for it to be recreated.

Please verify one bit of info. In Lightroom Classic, click on Help, click on System Information. Second line down, License, does it say Creative Cloud?

If not, problem with acredidation of your license?

So you say you are having the Exact Same Problem as the Original Poster? That when you do local adjustments, Call Up one of the Local Adjustment Tools, Click Left Mouse button to Set the starting point, Pin/whatever, of the adjustment, Do the local adjustment then Let Go of the left mouse button that adjustment you just did disappears. But it only happens on the original RAW file and if you convert the original RAW to a DNG file this does NOT happen????

If ALL of what I just typed into this reply does NOT happen to you then you do NOT have the same Exact problem as the Original Poster.

In that case I suggest you start your own Conversation and give as much detail as possible to the Exact Problem you are having.

That way someone, even me, might be able to help you fix whatever problem you are having.

If it is exactly as the OP and explained exactly as I have described then what steps have you taken to try to solve the problem?

Oh and if you are referrring to your other post about when you change images in the Deveolp module (https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic/develop-module-problem/m-p/11041402?page=1) that is Not the same problem the original poster of this conversation is asking about.

I have both of the problems : development module is not responding at all as it should.

- No possible any more to make a selestion with tools (like Ivor) : when I make a selection (brush, filter) with the mouse and release the button, selection disspaear and nothing is applied

- All the pannels are deselected each time I change of image .

Preference file reset did not solve the problem.

I stiull do not understand whgat you mean by "All Panels are Deselected when I change images".

In the scren shot you posted in your other thread you showed only 2 sections of the right hand side panel and both of those were open along with what looks like the section above and below the 2 that are shown.

So since it looks like you work with all the sections expanded it is hard to tell which one has the focus and which does not

And that the TSL/couleur sections (to me that is HSL/Color) seems to be Selected, Active.

But PLEASE keep that discussion over on the other conversation and I am moving this whole section over to your other post.

Have you tried turning off the GPU option?

What process do you have to do to "activate" the panels?  The answer might help others solve the issue.

Sorry, I see the little switch is off.
