Hi,

I have a diffrent development behaviour between pictures

a) taken as Single Shot

b) taken as multi shot

Used equipment: Sony a7iii with Sony FE85 1.8 / Sigma 35 ART 1.4

After import in LR without presets,

a) Single Shot pics have the objective profils activated

b) Multi Shot  pics haven't the profils activated.

This confuses me a little, esspecially while development pictures of events, taken in both, single and multishot - sync the settings lead sometimes to diffrent results.

Are there any ideas to this topic?

Thx in advance, Cheers

Roland

Are these from the same camera? I really mean the same camera, not both a Sony A7III.

It looks like there are different camera defaults applied, and that could be explained if you use two Sony A7III cameras and have camera defaults set per serial number.

Same cam, same lens, same situation, same time (within 2min)
One shot taken in single mode, other shot in multi mode.

This could be a bug, where Lightroom thinks these are two different cameras and so applies different camera defaults. Check that your camera deaults are not set per serial number, because that might trigger it (and unchecking it might solve it). And report it at the feedback forum, because this is a user-to-user forum.

Thanks a lot for your advice.

I found the cause for my mentioned behavior.

For taking pictures in Multi Shot Mode, I used a costumized preset.

In this preset were the lens compensations were turned off.

In the normal modes (PASM) I have set the lens comp. on.

I didn't know, that this setting affects import-settings/profil presets in Lightroom during the import. I thought, that lens comp. only is working internal in the body.

BTW: The import settings are off, too....

Thanks for your help.
