drag and drop stops after a while

drag and drop is constantly stopping after a few minutes working on a custom order folder in lightroom classic 8.2.

closing and opening lightroom solves it for another few minutes, but if forces me to be constantly stopping my work and being distracted by the usual incompetence of lightroom.

i already took all those know steps that never solve anything, like disabling graphic processor (i'm not even using raws) and reset lightroom's preferences, i also added 70GB to cache and tried to work in full screen mode, but, as always it doesn't solve anything on this ultra bugged software.

so... i wonder if there is any key shortcut or any way to configure a key to turn on drag and drop when it stops so i don't need to restart this painful software every 5 minutes.

jpg photos inside a custom order folder. moving photos into different positions inside the same folder.

i do it a lot when editing for a publication, to test and prepare the alignment of the photos.

the functionality is great, unfortunately the drag and drop option only lasts for a while.
