Edit In Photoshop CC 2019 Option Missing

From Lightroom Classicc CC if I go to Photos - Edit In, I used to get the option to edit in Photoshop CC.  Suddenly that optioin is gone.  It wants to edit in Photoshop Elements Editor.  I have Photoshop CC 2019 installed.  I have tried the suggested workaround of openinig Photoshop first then opening Lightroom Classic CC, but it still says the same thing.  This is very frustrating!  Is there anything I can do to fix this situation or am I stuck with it?

Thanks for your help in advance and I apologize if this is not the correct forum for this question.

D.R. Smith

P.S.

I have updated to the latest version of Lightroom Classic CC.

I have updated to the latest version of Lightroom Classic CC.

Please tell us the version NUMBER of your Lightroom, and not words like "latest" which mean different things to different people.

Under Preferences->External Editors, please show us a screen capture of what you see there.

Thank you!  That appears to have worked.  That's kind of like rebooting the computer - guess I should have tried that first.  Anyway, I appreciate it.
