Hi,
I have created several signatures in Lightroom CC.
When I try to edit those, I can't save them just like that. I need to provide a new name for the signature. Even worse, editing signature results in creation of a new one, so it seems.
For example, I need to choose my signature image again since the link to the existing one is gone.
When all is in place and I try to save, I get the message that this is impossible since there is already a signature with the name provided...
Not handy if you just want to shift your signature a little bit and you end up creating a brand new one..... as a result I have a major list of signatures in the meantime....
Anyone any idea what could be wrong?

Are you asking about Lightroom Desktop the Cloud base version or Lightroom Classic the traditional version?
In either as far as I know there is NO SAVE feature as neither program is supposed to Edit, Change, the original image DATA of any file format and the only way to actually Save whatever changes, Edits, you have made is to Export that image data to a New file. Which if you are exporting to the same File Type, JPG, TIF, PNG, then you need to supply a New name or Edit, by adding a -1 (Whatever), the original file name.

Are you asking about Watermarks that include your Signature, your Name?
Search your hard drive for a folder named Watermarks. you wil find all of the ones you have created in there.
Yes whenever you Edit a Watermark you really Aren't Editing that watermark. You are Creating a New one that of course needs a New Name to be saved.
