Erreur inattendue lors de l'ouverture du catalogue

Bonjour,

J'utilise Lightroom CC depuis plusieurs années. Depuis quelques jours je ne peux plus ouvrir Lightroom. Le message d'erreur est : "Erreur inattendue lors de l'ouverture du catalogue". J'ai essayé avec d'autres catalogues sauvegardés : le même message apparait. Merci de bien vouloir me dire ce qu'il faut faire dans ce cas.

Sorry that you're getting an error message "Unexpected error opening catalog" while opening Lightroom. It seems you are using Lightroom Classic CC.

Please take a look at the steps mentioned in this article Error: 'Unexpected error opening catalog' occurs in Lightroom after Windows 10 upgrade.  and let us know if that helps.

I don't know if I have Lightroom CC or Lightroom Classic CC. I cannot

open Lightroom, so I don't know which is my product.

Nothing helps because I have not recently upgraded to Windows 10; with

my account I have administrator rights, so I've got full permissions on

the Pictures/Lightroom folder.

Any other suggestion ? If not what could I do ?

ça marche ! Je n'ai rien changé et je n'y comprends rien !

Bonjour à tous,

j'ai le même problème mais sur MAC donc IOS catalina, avec un disque windows avec une application BTFS to MAC pour accéder aux fichiers PC. cette erreur est apparue après une panne de batterie. Le fichier ne semble pas locké et je suis en dernière vesion de lightroom CC.
