Error Message Every Time I Remove A Photo From Any Catalog

When I right click and remove a photo from grid view, then choose remove, LR freezes for a moment then I get the below error message. It works and removes the photo but this message is annoying and I'd love to get rid of it.
I've done reinstalls of LRc and reset my preferances  in an attempt to fix another bug yet I always get this error message. Anybody have any idea?

From what I can see it suggest that Logitech Options may be causing an error for me. I do indeed have that installed. I'll see if closing it/uninstalling it resolves this issue for me.
Thank you for your help Axel.

Classic Logitech Options issue. That plugin is only usefull if you want to use extra buttons/dials on mouse or keybard to trigger lightroom actions (edits). Not required to operate mouse or keyboard in normal way.
