Hi, I am having issues in getting onto my Lightroom CC, a message keeps popping up saying "Sorry Something went wrong, how can i fix this problem? thanks.
Is this about Lightroom Classic or Lightroom, as there is no Lightroom CC?
How long have you had Lightroom Classic installed? What operating system? Did this just start happening? Are you signed in to your Creative cloud account?
Bring up your copy of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App
Sign out, wait a few minutes, sign in. Watch fir error messages/notifications, should be none.
Can you launch LrC now?
