Bought Lightroom 6 in Nov 2016 lifetime licence 1160-xxxx and now it's constantly crashing. Have been told expired dll files in Lightroom that's to blame. No warning, explanation or apology.

How do we fix this please Adobe?

You still have a lifetime license. That hasn't changed, your license is still yours. The license has not expired.

But some features don't work right, that's not your license has expired. Adobe isn't going to fix this. They stated over 3 years ago that Lightroom 6 is no longer supported.
