When I export a file, I can no longer select and keep a "User Preset" - it forces me to reselect it every export - this appears to be a change
Has anyone figured out how to keep the last "User Preset" active for the next export?
This appears to be a undesired update for export window and greatly increases workflow time and effort

What OS (MacOS or Windows) ?
I couldn't reproduce this behavior on my Windows 10. When I open the export window, it always on the previous user export preset.
You might try to reset your preferences, it often fixes weird problems...

Sounds like you choose 'File - Export', and then select a user preset. Why don't you simply use 'File - Export with preset - presetname'?
