Export Video

I'm trying to export an slideshow from the Slide show module, but the export progress is stucked and I can not export it, I tried exporting it on PDF file and It worked, but on MP4 file, it's not working.

No experience  in this, but via  google search, a question

Are any of the images portrait orientated images? Apparently used to be a issue back at v7, I have no<idea if it is still an issue. And a workaround may exist.

And buggy behavior, so should ask, have you considered resetting the preference file?
