I have used Lightroom for many years. All of a sudden, I can't see File Settings when I Export and choose "Hard Disk". The default "Export To" changed to "CD/DVD". At that point, I can see the File Settings (which allows me to set the quality of the exported files). As soon as I choose "Hard Drive", the File Settings disappear. What can I do?
In the first step I would try to reset the Lightroom preferences.

I think I was seeing things. Anyway, I renamed the preferences file and opened CC. The export looked fine. Then I put the original preferences back and everything worked fine again. Thanks for the help.
