External edit LR classic to DXO Nik fail

LR classic Desktop version.

Recently upgraded from 9.2.1 to 9.3 but DXO/Nik 2018 no longer accessible.

Reverted to 9.2.1 and reloaded DXO/Nik 2018, still unable to access.

'Edit in' suite shows the external Nik options but on clicking any of these, Lr hangs up completely.

Edit > Preferences > External Editing > Additional External Editor shows all the DXO options linked to all the respective .exe files

Edit in Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 however works perfectly and the Nik suite is fully functional from there, and DXO/Nik is functional if accessed as standalone.

Any ideas to possibly rectify?

Re-Install the Nik collection.

I'm still using the Google versions and they all work fine in 9.3
