feeling guilty using lightroom

Hi,

I'm speaking on behalf of my friend. he has been using unlicenesed lightroom as hobbiest photographer when he was a teen ager for about 5 years. He edit around 150 pictures. However, Now he wants to become a professional photographer. he wants to know is there anyway to payback Adobe for his unlicesed usage.

Since we're not Adobe here, we are just other Lightroom users, we couldn't tell you what Adobe's position is on this matter. 

But from my point of view (which may not be Adobe's point of view), if your friend purchases a subscription to Lightroom now, I wouldn't have the slightest issue with what he did.

I suspect your friend's guilty conscience is payback enough for Adobe.
