File Renaming While Exporting With Multiple Presets

To optimize my exporting, I wanted to export using multiple exporting presets. My issue is I can no longer batch rename the files if I choose multiple presets unless I change the naming conventions in each preset individually. Is there a way to get around this?

No.

Each Export Preset needs the Filename Preset pre-defined.

Also- Editing or changing an Export Preset is not possible once you have placed a check-mark against any Export Preset.
