I connect my account (Lightroom) with my Apple ID email. And I'm using the free trial now. Can I know that after the free trial expired does the Lightroom will automatic deduct payment for subscribe? If yes, how can I cancel the free trial for Lightroom ?

I live outside of the USA but you should be able to get to your a/c from Adobe(dot)com. Or the link where you got the trial version. Did you also install the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application? You should be able to login to your account there.

The only way Adobe can charge your credit card is if you specifcally allow this by signing up for the subscription.

As far as I am aware if one creates an Adobe account to download the trial version of one of Adobe trial version they should have provided an e-mail and also a credit card. If you do not cancel before the trial ends the payments will start. To cancel you will have to do so through your Adobe Creative Cloud account.
