Help with presets

Hello guys, today I bought new presets. I uploaded them to Lightroom but I can not find them or any of my other presets. When I tried to reupload the ones I bought today, it says this. Please help!

In the Presets Panel, click on the + symbol, select Manage, see  if they are simply not checked on.
