How can I import photos from a DVD into lightroom classic

I'm not sure what the issue is. You put the DVD in the drive, and then you have Lightroom import the photos.

Sorry, I didn't mention that it's a video created in Photoshop Elements 14

As dj_paige says use the copy option not the add option.
