How do I convert Nikon Coolpix P950 files for Lightroom 5

I used to be able to use Nikon RAW files with Lightroom. Now that I have a new Nikon Coolpix P950 the files aren't recognized by my copy of Lightroom 5. Is there a conversion ap available? I'm attaching a simple snapshot in raw.

If you convert them to DNG format (I do that all the time and I do not "need" to, I just prefer the format), you should be OK.
