How to choose thumbnail for Named People

I have hundreds of people identified by name on the Named People page. For some of these people there are many photos, but I would like to be able to choose the thumbnail of the person to show on the Named People page. Is this possible?

It's not possible, but a number of people have requested that feature in the official Adobe feedback forum: https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/lightroom-people-allow-me-to-pick-the-image-t.... Add your constructive opinion to that feature request, and click Vote and Follow in the upper-right corner. That will make it a little more likely Adobe will implement it.
