How to find all non-synchronized photos in Lr Classic

I need to find all non-synchronized photos in the Lr catalog. There is a never ending synch ongoing for 1 photo.

If you can find that image file I would remove it from the Sync process.

I'm a little unclear in the first part of your question though:

I assume you are moving photos in and out of Collections and you would like to find which photos have been Sync'd, but are not currently in a Collection?

Is that the gist of your issue?

almost. I just want to find all photos, which are not yet synchronized. How can I do this?

Maybe we are confusing the two applications of Synchronise here? :

The screenshot below illustrates one form, but you might be talking about the Sync between LR Classic and Lightroom Mobile/Web?
