How to find images without a certain keyword tag

I would like to find images which are missing a certain keyword tag, so I can add that tag as needed.

Create a new smart collection. Once you start the process of creating a new smart collection you are given options on what to include or exclude from the collection

In a smart collection, you can set the criteria to show something like

Keywords       does not contain     Gorilla

which will find any photo that doesn't contain the keyword gorilla. You may want additional conditions to narrow things down further.

Thank you.  That is want I want to do, but I do not see how to add that parameter to Smart Collections.  Can you please advise how to do that?
