How to have lightroom premium on mobile?

I bought lightroom classic on my laptop and I know that if you buy it, you gonna have lightroom premium on mobile but I don't how to get it.

It's a free app available for your mobile devices tablet or smartphone. Install from App Store or Play Store and activate by signing on to your Adobe Creative Cloud account using your ID and password.

There is no separate 'premium' app. Just install the free app and log in, as Denis said.
