How to select photos that have develop adjustments made to them

I have a catalogue with about 20,000 photos in it and would like to select photos that have had Develop Module adjustments made to them so that I can export them as Tiff files.  I had imported about 4,000 photos before I started using stars and flags so many photos have had alterations but are not ranked usind stars.

Is there a way to do this without going to every photo and checking it with my Mark One Eyeball?
