How to Unsynchronized photos view

Goodmorning everyone,
Is it possible in Lightroom Classic CC to filter and then view only unsynchronized photos?
To be clearer, all those photos that do not have the badge in the upper right of synchronization symbol

(the two opposite arrows).

1. In the Catalog panel in the left column of Library, click All Photographs.

2. Do the menu command Photo > Stacking > Expand All Stacks.

3. In the Catalog panel, click All Synced Photographs.

4. Do Edit > Select All. All synced photos are now selected.

5. In the Catalog panel, click All Photographs.

6. Do Edit > Invert Selection. All unsynced photos are now selected.

7. Right-click one of the selected photos and do Add To Quick Collection (or add the selected photos to another collection).
