What's so frustrating is that I did this once before and now I cannot figure out what's wrong! I created a preset with the desktop version and I want to export it as a DNG file so users with the mobile app can download it and use it. The option is not showing up now when I try to export it! Previously, I was able to download the photo on the mobile app, and the preset showed up right away under user presets. It's not anymore. Any tips?? What am I doing wrong??

Try this, ( instead of the Menu [Export with Preset] ) -

1) In the Develop module -apply the Preset to an image.

2) Then from Library view  [Export]  as DNG.   (no other settings)

And I just had a 'brain storm' using a Plugin called "Excessor"

This Plugin can create multiple Virtual Copies of an image , each VC using a different Preset from one Group of Presets. Then you would Export the multiple VCs as DNGs - each one having a different Preset applied-

and you can use the 'Copy Name' to name these exported DNGs.
