I have no SYNC icon in Lightroom classic CC

I am using Build [ 201910151439-b660523e] 

Adobe Photodhop Lightoom Classic 9.0 Camera raw 12.0

I qm tryin too sync a collection, and I dont have the icon to sync next to any of my collections.

In my drop down menu of "library" the "syncronize folder" option is greyed out as well. 

Under my nameplate as well, "Sync with lightroom" is enabled but I am at a lost why this option isnt possible. 

Can someone please help! This is very very frustrating!

Are these collections regular collections and not smart collections?

Are you sure you are selecting a Collection in the Collections Panel?  (NOT a Folder in the Folder panel)

And as mentioned by Jim- You cannot sync Smart Collections.

"Synchronize Folder" has nothing whatsoever to do with syncing images to the Cloud. Totally different subject.

Only when you hover the mouse over a Collection, will the small box appear where you can click the mouse to set the Sync for that Collection.
